Technically, Tracy could have declared the start of the scene with "Tracy attacks the lead wagon-driver," so just having the wagon without going into detail is a compromise. Besides, I don't mind if the players do a little story-telling; a wagon (even a large one) is pretty mundane to cause a fuss over, especially at the start of a story.
