Basically buffed-up Wish, only without the chance of blowing up in your face for asking for too much. It wouldn't be beyond the power of a Greater Deity to un-rape an individual; unless you were looking for some kind of time travel, which would create a paradox that could destroy the multiverse.
The question is, would he use such a power for for something like that?
