Isn't an overused example is the "Double Slit" experiment, where they keep having the results change every time the experiment is performed, prompting the logical conclusion that more tests need to be performed in under to understand it's intricacies.

You can in your particular case because, while Copernucus and Newton were raving about their flowed understanding of the universe, there was the Greek Antikythera device from 150 BC that was rotting at the bottom of the Aegean sea that perfectly calculates the movement of the planets, the sun, and the stars down to a T.
