Set six years after season 6, Occupied Equestria presents an alternative history where the Changelings have conquered half of Equestria, while a former Equestrian colony - soured to Princess Twilight's notion of harmony with all creatures because of their encounters with griffins - Invaded and took the other half. In Baltimare and the Equestrian Southeast, the magic of friendship has weakened, as Communists, Changeling infiltrators, Fascists, gangs, and corrupt creepy politicians threaten the city. This role play is based in large part upon the Equestria at War mod for Hearts of Iron 4, and uses D&d 3.5e mechanics.
The long train ride from Baltimare to Bales has been interrupted by a group of partisan fighters, claiming to be looking for none other than Pinkie Pie, who has been kept prisoner since the end of the war. They don't seem to have found their prize, but they do seem to have found a very pissed off Brie, Onyx, and Spark, as well as another Bat Pony, and both groups have been interrupted by a new set of intruders. In Baltimare, Silver, Dark Star, and Iron await a new and uncertain dawn.

Another rock coming up!
>>100744Haha! My rock has connected! Take that, you... bad pony!
>>100746You have now been punished for your misdemeanor! What do you have to say for yourself?

>>100754Now, I'm going to count to three and release your mouth. If you dare say the P-word again, I'll stuff your mouth with a dirty sock, ok?
>>100755[incredulous muffled horse noises]
>>100756Ok.
One
Two
Three.
There, now what do you say when you've been disrespectful?
>>100758Correct, good sir. It seems you have learned a valuable lesson today. I'll get off of you now.
>>100759Well, in an unrelated note, I've been digging through my old ideas for characters, and I've found a few rough ideas for ones that seem interesting enough. Found one I named Fair Wind, a pegasus with a lucky streak and a carefree attitude.
>>100760>Fair Wind>Lucky streakThe irony is quite funny to me.
I'm not sure if you can take luck skills unless GM decides to go with a certain book.
As for my character ideas, I had one called Beaar Hugger. Basically a monk grappler mare that would use her close distance to the enemy to give incapacitating hugs, whether the enemy likes them or not.
>>100761Eh, these were made a few years ago, and certainly not made with DnD in mind. I was much different even just back then. I like Beaar Hugger, though. I get the feeling she would be a very friendly pony to get to know, even if you're her enemy.
Found another one: Midday Eclipse, a hopelessly romantic, half-vampiric unicorn stallion. I'm not even sure how that would work using the game's mechanics, but the character itself offers a fair foundation to build off of, I think.
>>100760>a lucky streakNot accepting that as a character feature. You’re going to have to take it up with the dice gods
First post from new Internet >>100763Neat.Wasn't even really planning to play her, either way. Just sharing stuff I found.
>>100762Thanks man.
Midday Eclipse sounds like that one character that flirts with everybody with bouqets of flowers, which is both funny and charming. Bear Hugger would love that sort of pony, although she may be oblivious to his advances and consider him a friend.
I also had Charming Whisper. A runaway noblemare who decided to become an escort. Rouge focused on charisma mostly.
>>100764Ey, that's bretty nice my dude.
>>100765A member of the nobility, turned to prostitution? How scandalous.
Got one, final character here: Dream Chaser, a childish rose-colored unicorn mare with big dreams of helping ponies in need all across the world. Might be a Cleric if I was ever going to play as her.
>>100763Anyways, I'm here, whenever you're ready.
>>100766Yeah, she fled a forced marriage with a declining noble. She's surpisingly still a virgin though.
The cleric poner sounds alot like urban Ash, actually.
Since she cares more about ponies than nature and all.Last one was a telepathic psion unicorn mare who wanted nothing more than to rise to power like her father did once before. She's all about mind damage, but it's not really fleshed out seeing how I don't even have a name for her yet.
>>100767She's an escort who only offers hugs, kisses, and platonic cuddles, obviously. I like all your ideas. Not sure which I like best between Bear Hugger and Charming Whisper. Leaning a bit towards Bear Hugger.
Hmmmmmmmmmmm... >>100768Charming Whisper is the one that had the most work put into it. Bear Hugger is just that one boss encounter I shared some time before, albeit with a different backstory.
I now feel that Bear Hugger and Silver would definitely kick it off.>>100763Also good job on getting new interwebz
>>100771I'm sure Silver would love to give Skies all of his hugs.
If Star would just let him. >>100728Sorry Didnt see that you responded last night"... Well, right after it happend. i was forced to live on the streets, but lately i've been staying in a room, above a bar on the east side of town, its a little cramped and noisy as tartarus."
>>100775THEN HUG THE PONIFU
>>100773“I see... perhaps one can be provided if you stay on longer”
>>100777He salutes Sea Breeze and skies
"Thank you,Sir! It means alot. with that i'll head over to colton hill."
>>100775>>100776>>100777Oh Wait they have a secret relationship right, i almost forgot >>100779With that he walks out the door
>>100781And he does so, evidently intending to go alone
>>100782I was yes, He didn't imply i needed help.
>>100782Anyways, no time like the present! As Silver hooks himself up to his cart outside, he takes a good look at his current equipment and the tasks ahead, realizing that maybe, just maybe, he's a bit under-prepared for the mission.
I wish Skies would have given me straight answer when I asked her about machine gun...He stands there for a few seconds while he considers his options, eventually deciding to go back to his room, grab the Bits Gun, and bring it to Blue and ask her once again about getting it fixed up.
>>100783Dark Star can do it without Skies, it will just change how I do this a little.
Dark Star leaves without hugging Blue
>>100784And thus Silver exists within material space again, having finally escaped limbo
>>100785in front of sea breeze? that seems a little unprofessional, and he wouldn't be sure if she would want him to.
Does she leave the room when he does?
>>100786Not when he does, no. But she does come out shortly thereafter
