That depends. The idea is still new, but I can think of several ways to approach it. I could cinematic-ish an escape, or we could table the current situation as being "unresolved, but resolved enough that we could assume that later on we'd be shitposting or w/e back at the port/tower/etc.".
Surely you've seen episodes of a series that didn't fit with the episode before or after, this could be one of those situations. In context, its almost Hearths Warming,.... Xp

We have the chopsticks for food and a Paladin for disease. Any thing else can be taken by horse or Ox. I assume there is a road, so four days march if at low speed and maybe two days at the fastest.
