Occasional pockets of conversation occur, and a few scraps break out, but they appear in standby of a sorts. Mostly they are just keeping an eye on the city and one another. At the center of the city is a oddly shaped mound with sheer sides. Aside from what amount to shacks, it is the only apparent building.

Uhm, well there's a Truly Horrid Umber Hulk, there's a bunch of derpy-looking and non derpy-looking ogres, oh hey there is a minotaur (not Infernius), there's a weird gray-skinned giant thing with 6 eyes across its forehead, there' a gorilla with 4 arms,... its almost like the GM went flipping through the Monsters Manual and just started picking things to add to the list. Oh, there's plenty of smaller monsters too (orcs and such).

NO! These things are probably infected with the mind control worms. In nature, the vast majority of parasites that alter a host's behavior do so in order to make the host more likely to be preyed upon, and transferred to the actual definitive host. For all we know, infernius was infected when he ate the troll hearts. I'm not going through all this same bullshit again just because Tracy wants to be le edgy.
