Tbh, Playing an Artificer made me realize how absurdly rich even low-level PCs are. A +1 magic weapon costs as much as a house.

Crossbows are mainly for low-level casters. They'd be useless if they required strength.

Besides, a character with 7 strength can lift 70 pounds.
Being able to hold a gun steady through recoil sounds more like a Dex measurement, since it's really more of a matter of precision.

Iron would wake up a bit later than Ash and search for food like he always do. After that, not much else, just wait outside with his belt, armor and shield equipped except for his non-shield hoof, of course. Maybe he tries to bond with the children by acting a big meanie that the colts will take down, but with the rhetoric present, it's not going to go well.

After he leaves the interrogation room, the officer walks outside to tell him to go a certain direction down the hall, herself leaving the room entirely, and closing the door to the room. When Dark Star does not respond or go the direction she tells him, she does not pursue.
The fourth floor is not locked as per usual. Dark Star is likewise able to get into the room without a key, and finds the room basically as he left it a couple hours before. Blue Skies is not in there

While the Grand Baltimare Hotel has bathrooms in each of its rooms (Errr... They were built that way. The Blackhooves have done some... renovations), there are a set of bathrooms at the very end of the hallway. When he goes in, he can see that they are functional, and also reasonably fancy, with intricate decorations on the wallpaper, a fake plant here and there, and fancy light fixtures. The bathrooms are empty
