It tells me a lot more, but it's honestly too complicated to explain.

I have this general feeling of pain that won't go away, and is there even as I am resting. This last month at least I've felt like I've been out of breath, like that feeling when running in cold weather and inhaling the cold air wears down your throat and lungs
