This RPG is set in the land of Equestria after it has been conquered and split between the Changelings and a foriegn fascist nation. It is based in large part on the Equestria at War mod for Hearts of Iron 4, and uses D&D 3.5 mechanics

I'm not sure how much of a good debate you'd get out of a 9 Charisma character Or me, for that matter, since I'm the one controlling him and my debate skills are next-to-nothing., but I think he'd be willing to at least attempt to defend the Harmonist cause.
I'd also go for Hardy (+1 on Fortitude saves, -1 on Reflex saves) and Stout (+2 to Strength checks vs. Bull Rush or Overrun, -1 to Escape Artist checks) if I were to choose Traits for Silver.

I don't see any endurance penalty for centaurs, and centaurs are pretty much the closest you'll get to intelligent anthropromorphic horses with equine anatomy. If centaurs don't have any endurance penalty, I wouldn't give any to ponies, unless ponies were given some kind of redeeming buff like a bonus to appearance score.
It's a good thing Dark Star went to the Priest and not a doctor, and got his disease magically treated with care. The book treats Ghoul fever as a potential std.
