This RPG is set in the land of Equestria after it has been conquered and split between the Changelings and a foriegn fascist nation. It is based in large part on the Equestria at War mod for Hearts of Iron 4, and uses D&D 3.5 mechanics
4 of the group have taken a job to clear a site of a future real estate development of undead. They seem to have stumbled upon a centuries old evil long forgotten by Equestria. Meanwhile, Ash has discovered foals from the order of Saint Prancis orphanage practicing dark magic and sacrifices in the woods, while Iron is having not-so-pleasant dreams

The Cathedral is perhaps mile away. When they approach they can see the building. It is a towering neo-gothic structure with two spires, either with a number of ornate decorations on it, and a white granite exterior. Fairly tall, it's the most ornate building Silver has seen at least since City Hall

It's not as impressive as any of several (former) Cathedrals in Saint Petershoof, but they are not lacking for style. The doors are vaulted in shape, 15 feet tall, and big and thick wood. They have metal knockers. There is a light on to the left side

I know about how she could not hold back Tirek or the Storm King or any number of other threats, and how she contracted out safety to a small but competent band of heroes. But when they come in the millions, numbers so great they block out your precious sun, and when they come with new machines of war, you need an entire nation to defend. And Celestia, for all you exalt her and place her upon a pedestal, has failed to raise her pony subjects up to the same level. Because when you all consider yourselves to be lambs in a flock, and rely on somepony else to protect you, you neglect to learn how to protect yourselves. Celestia's reign bred complacency. It bred a spirit of servitude. The ponies did not learn how to unite and fight as a nation. And that is why they failed, because for all of the celebration of the strength of harmony, they neglected the 'armonia' that forms a pony's bond to their countrymare, and service to the nation.

And you may be ignorant of how that works, but I am not. When you send your love or faith to her, the Changelings take their little share of it
