ITT we share wisdoms that we have gleaned through our own experiences with our fellow Anons, that they might live a better life. I'll start:
NEVER ask a question unless you are %100 that you want to know the answer. Whatever happens, you literally asked for it, so you better be damn sure you really wanted to know. Remember this and it will help you with friends, family, lovers, and even children. Live your life by it.

>>6422>boomerPhysical punishment has always worked wonders, specially on spoiled brats.
>>6423It's still a faceberg style boomer meme, regardless of the sentiment.
My advice: The shopping carts at walmart are free. You can just take them, nobody cares. The same thing goes for ducks at the park. You can hit up Wally world for the cart, walk to the park, snatch some ducks, and make off like a bandit.
>>6424The pens at the banks are also free.
>>6424>It's still a faceberg style boomer meme, regardless of the sentiment.Ahem. This is the wisdom thread.
>>6430Also I can't wait to post this Applejack.
Meh, I couldn't find the boomer shim pic. You win for now.
Your habits decide your future.
Appreciation for the little things today we have.
>>190>>6231Two pieces of advice I recently had to reckon with after....more frustration and anger than the tasks merit. But asking those questions knowing the answer is something you're not going to like, then reasoning it out so as to make it easier to confront, seems to aid the process. Conversations with yourself where you concede on the hard points and ask what should be done to resolve them really help.
Thank you poners for keeping this thread alive so long, it's a keeper, even with the faceberg memes.
>>6814>Thank you poners for keeping this thread alive so long, it's a keeper, even with the faceberg memes.Just FYI, 90% of this bread was posted by me.
>>6815Like I said, thank you.
Even if a sizeable chunk of the pics are more bottom-texty than rage comics. Also, everyone keep the wisdom in Office Space close to heard.
I'm a horse...its really not that big of a deal...

Learning without practicing.
>>6421If you need to hit your kid, you don't have the brains or charisma. Your kid doesn't respect you as a father figure.
>>6989>modern education>zoomer dares to speakNo intention for smearing but to give you awareness on that unhinged take. Yours is a pampered utter degenerate culture I would say.
>>6421I don't really believe in this. Ig, it happens regardless what people think about it and maybe it can during certain circumstances be necessary. But in general I think, it shouldn't be needed if you have a good relationship with your child, which I think you can get by loving them.
>>6992If the woman in the video is their mom, I feel like she must have failed them earlier in her fostering of them. Also, doubt that these woman changed their minds just because they got hit when the rest of society will back up their promiscious ways.
Just my two cents.
>>190I got a few.
-- Avoid holding self help as a commandment, a dogma, or an immutable rule. The world is a lot more complex than people make it out to be, and holding things to be absolute will only cause suffering.
-- Your body is like a government budget; use it or lose it.
-- Most of the time, those who cause suffering are suffering from something themselves. It doesn't change how much of a cunt they are, though.
-- People are really good at knowing that a problem exists, but more often than not, they are terrible at figuring out where and what the problem actually is.
-- Projection is not just a trait of the mentally-ill, it is a very human trait. If you become aware of this, you can figure out just how deep your thoughts and habits go.
-- Quotes and works tell you more about people, the lives they lived, and their opinions on life, rather than about life itself. Only divinity and nature can teach you about life itself.
>>192I'd like to offer my take on this:
-- Nothing is truly free. If someone gives you something for free, either they're looking for appreciation, they're looking to get space back, or they're looking to get something out of you.
