Well, since Torcuil didn't specify the spell/magic he was using on Tracy, and since iirc he mentioned changing her appearance (which means illusion Xp), then the spell used to make Tracy into Fleur de Lis was a temporary illusion.

From the front of the pyramid, the whole party can see that there isn't much going on at Port Barry. People mill about the streets, and everything seems chill. Still, they ARE shooting at you, though Sechs is next to the firing ballista and is waving his arms.
