Its... okay. Thez is not a waifu, but she's... special. I started her character 24 years ago, so it kinda stings when you put it that way. I know you meant no offense, but there's subtle (and at the time and since) inherent developing psychology behind her. I put her in a body-bandage ("HEY!") cuz she is literally too powerful, but that one got me in the feels. Sorry for getting triggered.

Not at all. She's foul, insufferable, and obnoxious with a "cute" unnecessarily sexualized overtone. Sorry I missed this question. Enchanting items is usually a matter of casting a related or comparable spell(s) on the item and following it with a permanency spell, which is no simple matter. Permanency involves designating (variable) ~ a month to cast, and costs character experience depending on how powerful the enchantment.
Tl:dr Torcuil will want to check out the books in the library to begin that process.
