My iron grip on my stack of four-hundred A4 pages backstory is so hard that it drains the blood from my knuckles. I'm about to drop it on his face but my hands are stop by his sleep-talk.
"It's- It's Tiara... Not crown. *snore* Reee- *snore* eeee *snore* eee..." GM-kun says in his sleep and follow it up with bunch of lip smacks. Like, you know, that scene in Disney's Robin Hood with the sleeping Prince John lion.
"Oh,-" I blink. "-never mind."
I put my stack on top of another stack of paper on his night table. The night table creaks ominously. I briefly read the brief on the other stack before overlapping it with my own, apparently it's some kind of domestic divorce dispute about money, so now he has two pleasant surprises to wake up to.
I see that he fidgets in his sleep. Clearly his dreaming of a third-party DnD source book lecturing him while using the word, 'hereby'.
I feel for him so I pull out my Luna plushie and place it beside him on his bed. A bit of an ass-pull, hehe, get it?

She stares back into those eyes with a sense of reliability and pity. She feels her, in metaphorical way. Then she looks down at her hoof. She absentmindedly scratch the ground with that hoof.
"Before the world turned upside-down, at the Orphanage I grow up at, I had three friends, or well, sisters. We weren't related. Just three orphaned foals growing up at a monastery together," she says and takes her time with each sentence.
Images of being chased by brown filly with pink and red in her mane, teasing her that she couldn't catch her before the filly spread her wings, whereupon, young Vir changed her tone, "You're cheating, Pew." In the foggy background of her memory, there's a pale-green unicorn giggling at the display into her hoof.
"We were happy." -A memory of being pulled into the soft bed of swamp-colored unicorn by a chocolate furred Pegasus. The unicorn is surprise as she was reading her book. Her young self tries to leave only to be pulled back by the pleading voice of Pew. Soon the memory shifts to the day after as Vir is awaken by Celestia's sun, which light reveals her to trapped in bundle of soft limbs.- "We were inseparable. But then-" The blue aura of her friend zaps out, leaving on sooth around her steaming horn. She screams in pain and goes down. She's screaming with tears running down her face. A black hoof, gleaming like latex, constrict Pew's throat and you hear her pained gasp.- "One of them was taken by the changelings."
