>>182389I was asking about this particular situation.
>The second is that there's something unresolved between me and PoseyI have nothing to resolve with you. Maybe you think I have an issue with you, but I really don't. I don't know why you randomly get do antagonistic for some reason.
I'll admit, for about a week after your "threatening to kill the party" thing, I was a bit wary of you, because I was prepared to treat you like a potentially hostile player, but I got over that a long time ago. It's over: I have no problems with you.
I have only been trying to get along with you this entire game, but for completely undisclosed and uncommunicated reasons you don't seem to want to do that.
Even last night, all I did was suggest rolling a skill check, because players generally like having opportunities to roll their skills so I thought I might remind you this this was the opportune moment to do that. I only suggested that because I would have appreciated it if the same was done to me. I wasn't trying to control you in any way.
Maybe I came off as demanding, maybe what I said was offensive, but I had no way of knowing that because
YOU DIDN'T TELL ME. Instead, you just spammed a dozen posts of increasingly adversarial and cryptic nonsense that accomplished nothing but frustrating and confusing everyone involved. All you had to say was "I don't want to do that."
>just rub eachother the wrong wayThe only thing that rubs me wrong is your adversarial method of communication, or lack thereof.
Why can't you just tell us what your issues are, instead of making 30-50 one-sentence snide remarks of cryptic nonsense? Maybe you think it's cool to flood the thread with cryptic posts acting like a druidic hermit who only speaks in riddles, but to the rest of us it's just frustrating and unfun.
Last night was an example: if you didn't want to roll the skill check, why didn't you just say so? I wasted two hours of my time trying to interpret what your problem was from your nonsense spam.
Another example was the fit you threw over me asking for permission in-character it Posey could finish Sea Stone: you made 70-90 posts containing one sentence or less, but in none of them you said what your actual problem was.
Why can't you just say what your problems are in plain English? Have you learned nothing from the show? If you tell us what your problems are clearly, we can address them accordingly. If you instead spam the thread with cryptic nonsense, you just come off as adversarial and unapproachable, and your issues get ignored.
