That's fine. This has been really fun so far. I'd figured plays during the week we're mostly cinematic anyway.
Also, I'm going to semi-nerf Tracy's Nightmare transformation (in a situational sense), for the sake of better character development. There's no way she could get a hold of transforming at will so quickly, and the prospect of transforming into a powerful monster two size classes above her normal form just sounds like it would be energy-taxing. I'm going to leave it as a limited super-saiyan state for now until the plot develops to the point where she'd actually need the buff, perhaps manifest powers partly as I train her in autohypnosis as a Wilder, or have her just grow a bit bigger when she gets angry.
For now, I'm just going to focus on developing her as a Rogue character on her little treasure-hunting adventure, hoping to throw-in some character-building dialogue in interactions with NPCs and some self-reflection greentext here and there to clarify her motives.

If you want a precise answer, yes. Generally I am basing skill tests off a percentile based on the dice. If the player has a 75% chance, you'd need above a 5, a 30% chance over a 14, and so on.
