We interrupt this broadcast to bring you an important message. Governor Halcyon Shores has declared a State of Emergency.
All air and rail travel through the Tenochtitlan Basin and Hayseed regions has been suspended. All travel has suspended both up and down the Snake, Ponelippe, and Delemare Rivers.
The Governor has issued an order mandating the evacuation of all civilians from the Tonaltzintli and Saltlickingham regions effective immediately. All civilians remaining within the Zazquiyahuitl region are ordered to remain in their homes or take shelter in a structurally sound building. Civilians in Zazquiyahuitl are to lock all doors, close all windows, and cover all openings to the outside. An advisory evacuation has been issued for residents of the Tenochtitlan and Hayseed regions.
The Governor has ordered the rationing of heating oil, kerosene, coal, firewood, diesel and gasoline. All civilians districtwide are ordered to keep use of water and electricity to a minimum, and to stock up on supplies of freshwater. Schools and non-essential government services are closed until further notice districtwide. Use of medical services is restricted to emergencies.
Civilians are advised to boil any and all tap water, river sourced water, or ground water before drinking or using in the preparation of food. Use bottled water where possible. Residents experiencing high fever, a severe headache, vertigo, black tongue, dark urine, or severe abdominal and chest pain, should seek medical help immediately.
Ponies, particularly those with military, law enforcement, or medical backgrounds, are asked to join in the District Militia.
Keep your radio on for more updates."
