I've referred to all of these in my own Monk Builds. One of my most recent ones was a Yuan Ti Tainted One, Monk 5 / Ur Priest 1 / Sacred Fist 10 / Shiba Protector 1 "Anti-Nun", who representented a devoted monastic warrior of the phoenix clan who become a depraved agent of Sertross after having her mind poisoned by the yuan ti.
Monk is actually a pretty good entry for Ur Priest, because of its saving throw progression. That's not helpful for you unless you want to be evil though, which I doubt you would.

You should gain one feat at lvl 1 (three, if you take two flaws), and another feat at lvl 3.

Dark Star last left off the second floor of the apartment building, outside, and is on the sidewalk outside of the apartment building. He is dyed as "Solar Night," and is wearing a trench coat and perhaps sunglasses

Dark Star doesn't seem to see anyone looking at him - although at a different apartment, a pony smokes a cigarette outside. Then again, it would be hard to know if anycreature were looking at him through the blinds of a window, or in the shadows of an alleyway.
