I'm unsure. He's from a farm of the "South of Baltimare." I would suspect he's also from further west, perhaps from the Hayseed area, though maybe he's closer than that. Of course the farm has been overtaken by Zebras.

Silver and Mala pull the boat up over the mid-sized rocks that separate the sand and silt exposed at low tide from the sparse grass that grows above. The water has moved in with the shift of the wind, and white capped waves that were once distant, now begin to crash against the rocks. The wind is strong, and require Silver to speak louder than normal if he wishes to be heard.

The unicorn has a few basic things to do before he heads out: put the guns in a safe place in his room, use the bathroom, brush his teeth, get some quick breakfast. As he's getting breakfast (likely either any cereal or oatmeal they have on hoof) he checks to see if anyone is still in the viscinity of the living room.

"Well enjoy a day off. There weren't going to be many customers today anyways, with the weather as it is. It looks like more rain."

"They'll probably still pay you for the missing day. And what do you need money for? You have-"
Jubilosa seems to cut herself off, and mumbles something. Notably, she looks over at Silver and recognizes his presence in the room. Paper Clipping fills the silence:
"The zebra folk are right to be worried. The Fascists are planning a crackdown."

"It's been on the airwaves all morning. They are restricting travel between cities. Removing the civilian population from rural areas. They have even begun to start a 'volunteer' auxiliary force of locals. They are sectioning off large areas of the countryside and are going to clear them of anyone who resists. This is just the beginning."

"What are you talking about?"

"On the Radio. This morning. Evacuating whole areas."
Jubilosa:
"I'm sure it's just heavy rains, or something."

"No no. This is exactly how they do it. Pretend there is an emergency. You don't know they are coming down on you until they have their hoof on your neck."
