So I was trying to piece together what the fuck happened in BT staff around the time the list was being made (see https://web.archive.org/web/20230926014113/https://bronytales.com/staff vs. the page today, SEVERAL BT staff were removed including half the Community Admins, possibly Databyte throwing Scorch under the bus triggered a cascade of resignations Saturday Night Massacre style), and noticed that the Scorch entry's first evidentiary image...suggests Databyte knew about Flutterpony/Yellowbrave early on and was actually okay with them being on BT as long as they didn't go around spreading the idea of MAP as a form of sexual orientation. "Admin" can only be Databyte, Daring, or Doc (TimelyAlchemist), but the writing style is clearly Databyte's on the resolution part.
This suggests that Databyte was at the very least persuaded over time by Daring, and was normally okay with having MAP-identifying (even to the point of soapboxing) people around as long as they stayed quiet on the server, if possibly only out of thinking it best to not punish for off-server behavior.

It to me is absolutely nuts that in evidence for why someone's awful, they'd mistakenly put their own post showing they were bad in that way just because it referenced the someone.

Anyways, if anyone knows how to get sources on TimelyAlchemist or Schlorgadorb's info on what happened, there'd likely be some juicy details on the drama that unfolded when Daring and Databyte decided to purge a bunch of their own staff.

Now, we just gotta wait for someone either to crack the password (good luck!) or to leak it, just like how someone leaked The List originally.

Though all the important things about the notice have already been said, I'd still like to bring attention to this excerpt:

Generalizing is a big thing with PhoenixFire and seemingly others involved with PCL and the list too, WestRail642fan's ban in several servers is because of revealing that he was banned for his list entry from G5: Chatter of Ponies. The bit about a Derpibooru moderator sharing information in the new list entry text seems to be the same reasoning, that to make 4chan aware of shitty behavior is tantamount to begging 4chan to dox someone; they literally think 4chan is everyone's personal army and that to even talk to said army is a command of war.
Makes sense from idiots who are used to heavily-moderated forums like their own Discord servers, where anyone even talking about drama is branded a "troublemaker" and stopped, and to have someone openly being malicious without near-instant removal is unthinkable. That too has got to be why Databyte seems to think that 4chan deleting a thread is solely about at being "so bad".
