The Baltimare group proceeds in their task of investigating a strange group of creatures, mostly Griffins, who seem to be involved in creature smuggling. Up on the Boulderfield,-Whinnysota line, the northern group settles in for a cold night along with their new friends and prisoners.

Not much. Just sent out the order for Iron to round up the prisoners to take the fun ride back to one of Black Hooves 'rehab centers' if possible, since we don't know the language and I'm hoping they can get something out of them.
Big Earth Pony Stud uses magic hoof on Sub Griffs while Batpony watches.

I hope there's a Black Hooves agent to escort them off to. I fear a harder separation may happen if we go too far.
I honestly expect there to be at least a small Black Hooves outpost in the area to try and attract the pony stragglers in the neighborhood.

It looks like Spark has taken to that well. Spark stands in front of the changelings for a while, before eventually petting and hugging them. Spark has since left the room, gone out and fetched the pail and placed it over the fire, and is now standing near the fire. Onyx is a bit more reticent, going into the room but barely acknowledging the prisoners. He has since moved to the floor of the adjacent room and is lying next to the door.

The griffin is heavy. Very heavy. Not so heavy that Iron could not carry him - Iron feels he could, and in fact could probably carry slightly more - but certainly heavy enough that Iron’s really not getting by with three of them

He then uses the power of his mouth and knowledge of catbird anatomy to carefully place the tips of their tails next to eachother, being sure to keep them the fully conscious griff's tail stuck with a hoof to avoid being dodged, and then gently not to cause damage but firmly grabs them with his mouth.
