The Baltimare group proceeds in their task of investigating a strange group of creatures, mostly Griffins, who seem to be involved in creature smuggling. Up on the Boulderfield,-Whinnysota line, the northern group settles in for a cold night along with their new friends and prisoners.

As Dark Star nears him, he quickly gets up to try to meet Dark Star part of the way past the cabinet, as if in some urgency. With one paw on the ground, he extends the other paw to shake. He has something like blood around his muzzle, or at least something coloring it, which can only briefly be seen before he points his head down. He has an almost worried expression. The paw is softer than a hoof, and takes Zekkers hoof in kind. He looks down, and does not quite make eye contact.
