1.Gather all original content here 2.Confirm what you have uploaded through posts, so there's no duplicates 3.Flood derpibooru.org with a massive stream of content 4.Tag most of the art with "/mlpol/"
>>40709 By the way, if you recognized the drawing style of the artist who did Fireaxe, don't bother adding his name to the uploads. It seems that he sort of wanted to keep his production for this site discrete. Also, remember to list mlpol.net as the source site for your uploads too.
>>40759 Haven't seen him in a while, but I really do appreciate his contribution. It took him like one our to create Fireaxe: >Dem fiery colors >dem short cut bangs (to avoid catching fire) >Dat tail bun (to avoid catching fire) >dat hat >dat gas mask >Dat subtle fascist symbol in the cutie mark. >Dem caltrop-proof boots, reminiscient of AppleJack's >Dem blue eyes that complement her orange hair He's clearly an experienced artist who puts a lot of thought into his designs.
Has anyone been uploading these? I made an account recently, but I can't into derpibooru... I could learn and try to start uploading stuff tomorrow, if nobody else will step up to the plate though.
>>41060 I was thinking we would all be uploading a bunch of shit around the same time. One tip I can offer is tag all OCs like "oc:name", "oc:aryanne" or "oc:leslie fair" for example. Also, tag everything with /mlpol/.
Reminder, guys. Do NOT uynder any circumstances upload any pre-existing Aryanne pics under the tag "/mlpol/": we don't want the whole tag to get shoahed.
I'm new to derpibooru, so I'm not exactly fit with the tagging. Should I post the source url as just mlpol.net, or should I list the specific thread url I found the file on? Please post any other helpful tips.
>>41412 Literally any pics that show any /mlpol/-themed OC's together in a fashion that develops the characters illustrates /mlpol/ board discussion. I liked that pic so much because I found it so relate-able, having spent so many weekends getting drunk late at night and arguing about politics. We could always use moar OC of any of the OCs mentioned in >>40669 → Though I'm partial to Fireaxe. Did you make that pic, by the way? It's actually one of my favorites.
>>41415 Why, yes. I did draw that. Got inspired by drunk anons and my own experience with libertarians. I think I should a Fireaxe picture started today.
We're doing a great job guys, let's get some more of our anons logged in and active. A few of our pictures are scoring negative from all the asshurt, let's see if we can reverse that.
>>41486 Uh... I moved it over to >>>/go/651 →. Unfortunately in the process, multiple threads were created, which, when deleted, cause the images in the remaining thread to be deleted as well. Sorry...
>>41732 >>41734 >>41735 Make an account, m8. It's not hard at all. I made one recently for this exact purpose, but I'm lazy asf, and my computer is slow. I guess I could do it when I get home from work if it still needs to be done.. Please take the initiative to do it yourself though.
Y'all have made accounts by now, right? You don't need to, but I'd recomend it, since it allows you to watch tags. You can find quite a few good /mlpol/-tier memes there. I'm currently watching the tags "/mlpol/", "politics", "Aryanne", "Aryan pony", "nazi" "Sergeant Reckless", and a few others.
Bump so you guys remember this. I've recently been lurking around the site to fill my folder and get acclimated with the community. I've also been adding more tags to lazily-tagged, recent uploads.
>>49705 It the colors kind of mess up Aryanne's pretty blue eyes, and it seems like putting the subject matter right in the foreground, with little depth, isn't exactly the fashwave way.. Otherwise, it looks great. I'd like to see more of this.
Can we expand this thread for topics about the Derpibooru site for newcomers? What features of the site are there to enjoy for those, other than uploading and bookmarking content? Is there an efficient way to communicate with artists and other users who share the same interest? How could the site be used to expand /mlpol/'s userbase and bring-in moar content/content producers? Is there a sort of site-culture/community I could enjoy; and should I lurk before commenting to avoid being [rude]? What tags should I search to find pics relevant to /mlpol/ for reposting here? Also, I'm thinking of deleting my recently-made account, for reasons I'd rather not share, and replacing it with a new one: Will my uploads disappear?
>>49972 I use it to search for porn mostly. Every now and then, a Google search for something will lead me to click on a Derpibooru image and search it. Sometimes I'll look up certain artists (usually after becoming interested in one from a porn search) or I'll look up a rare tag to see if there are any images with that tag. For instance, "KR 98" is s tag
DB is a marxist hugbox. While i was digging through the archives, i accidently found a thread about how pro SJW art has been blown the fuck out by the users there. this is just one further step down the road to a total safespace site.
I used Derpibooru once. Posted art of my OC. it got mass downvoted by pussies, and pussies with throwaway accounts added shit like "Sonic the Hedgehog" and "Pony creator" and "OP is a duck" to my art. I made a comment asking if the downvoters and tag harassers had anything to say or if they were too cowardly to say it, and I got the hugbox brigade with "hclegend" leading the charge attacking me because "You can't just call people pussies :^)".
I was attacked by admins, my facebook and deviantart was posted, I recieved multiple three-day bans, it was a fucking mess and I got webarchive copies of everything. I still keep them saved, so if you want me to post them, tell me.
Derpibooru is an image-hosting site ruled by a typical marxist hugbox calling anyone who objects to their bullshit or makes them """uncomfy""" a hugboxer and rule-zero violator. It can't grow until the admins are physically removed and replaced.
>>54311 Does anybody haveany news on what the derpibooru admins are going to do with the downvote system in the future, and what that means for the site?
The entire derpibooru debacle made me think of other boorus that basically don't have any sort of rating system. I thought, "Wow, there's absolutely no bullshit here." I think the problem lies in derpibooru that it's over moderated. You should be able to comment and there you go. There never needed to be forums or anything like that.
well they are not entirely wrong. I have been uploading Aryanne art to the place for years and a lot of pictures who are promotive of National Socialism (and more often than not) Aryanne art in general is just being downvoted for being Aryanne art regardless of the quality of the picture or the skill of the artist, which is unacceptable to me.
So personally I can completely understand why they want to do it. ON the other hand, SJW art is being dogpiled on much harder and most of the artists on DB a part of a marxist hugbox collective, so they want to censor freedom of speech by that so their art is not being shit on, even if this expression can be wrong or be politically loaded in itself.
I dont really know what the best solution to this would be. DB is getting worse by the year and i dont think either solution is correct or favourable for the artists to protect them from reality.
>>57162 I'm pretty used to natsoc art getting shoahed, so I don't have that much of a problem with it at this point; I search that with custom filters anyway. I do see your point though. Some content creators feel discouraged/intimidated when people downvote their stuff without reason. I'm not sure if it's related, but the creator of Fireaxe won't even tag his name on her pics, because he was worried that SJWs would dox him (I don't blame him though. Apparently, he wasn't a /pol/ack to begin with). I'm relatively new to the place, but from what I've gathered, removing the Downvote system, while leaving Upvote system in place seems like it would be a bad idea (see >>54313 ). There's also the thought of it becoming a neo-marxist safe-space hugbox, full of awful SJW crap. Ultimately, I'm not even sure how concerned I should be, or what the best course of action is. I just hope it doesn't get any worse.
>>58873 I like how the faggot mods there were pretending like it was only 10 people who wanted downvotes back and were trying to downplay the whole thing when it turned out to be like 80% of the users. Fuck I hate those cunts.
>>60918 I've been testing the waters myself. Been posting the more innocent work I made, then trickling more political artwork. Note: I don't advise it as it's a slow process. It's just something I'm doing.
