There's a lot of content here not uploaded on Derpi. Whether it be Leslie Fair, Warhammer 40k edits, Aryanne images that slip through the cracks, Fireaxe, Syriana, and others. The plan is simple here.
1.Gather all original content here
2.Confirm what you have uploaded through posts, so there's no duplicates
3.Flood derpibooru.org with a massive stream of content
4.Tag most of the art with "/mlpol/"
Here's a few threads that have been depositories for original content:
https://mlpol.net/mlpol/res/25806.htmlhttps://mlpol.net/mlpol/res/31938.htmlhttps://mlpol.net/mlpol/res/39988.htmlhttps://mlpol.net/mlpol/res/37804.htmlhttps://mlpol.net/mlpol/res/38126.htmlhttps://mlpol.net/mlpol/res/29047.htmlhttps://mlpol.net/mlpol/res/39114.html[sCome on, guys. This can lessen the monotony of one lone derpi uploader's life.
Don't forget that we have an archive
>>40711It's right there on the top of the page right next to [Catalog]. But here's a link
https://mlpol.net/mlpol/archive/ >>40710Yes. Of course, but this serves as an operation to increase circulation of our ideas and inadvertently advertise ourselves.
>>40709By the way, if you recognized the drawing style of the artist who did Fireaxe, don't bother adding his name to the uploads. It seems that he sort of wanted to keep his production for this site discrete.
Also, remember to list mlpol.net as the source site for your uploads too.
>>40748Yeah, I remember the lad wanting to keep his work secret in the Reckless' threads. He's been a real member of the team.
>>40713on mobile, site looks like shit on here. but thanks
>>40759Haven't seen him in a while, but I really do appreciate his contribution. It took him like one our to create Fireaxe:
>Dem fiery colors>dem short cut bangs (to avoid catching fire)>Dat tail bun (to avoid catching fire)>dat hat>dat gas mask>Dat subtle fascist symbol in the cutie mark.>Dem caltrop-proof boots, reminiscient of AppleJack's>Dem blue eyes that complement her orange hairHe's clearly an experienced artist who puts a lot of thought into his designs.
So, anyone uploaded anything? I kind of feel like making this thread was a waste of time.
Some /mlpol/ aesthetic for derpibooru, mix of OC and snagged from threads
We could use more Leslie Fair on Derpibooru, there's only one pic.
Has anyone been uploading these?
I made an account recently, but I can't into derpibooru... I could learn and try to start uploading stuff tomorrow, if nobody else will step up to the plate though.
>>41060I was thinking we would all be uploading a bunch of shit around the same time. One tip I can offer is tag all OCs like "oc:name", "oc:aryanne" or "oc:leslie fair" for example. Also, tag everything with /mlpol/.
>>41060I'm ready for it. I was just waiting for some traction, but the links I provided are more than enough to get things started.
Everyone, it's time. Set shitposting to maximum.
Reminder, guys. Do NOT uynder any circumstances upload any pre-existing Aryanne pics under the tag "/mlpol/": we don't want the whole tag to get shoahed.
I'm new to derpibooru, so I'm not exactly fit with the tagging.
Should I post the source url as just mlpol.net, or should I list the specific thread url I found the file on?
Please post any other helpful tips.
>>41184
Did anybody save that image of Leslie fair and Aryanne having a drunk argument at a table?
Also, you should make accounts so you can upvote and favorite other people's /mlpol/ posts and post without having to do captchas every time.
If you're too lazy to make an account, but you want pics uploaded, please at least post them here.
>>41357That's actually a really good drawing
>>41357I need moar pics of this quality.
>>41376You mean hastily drawn and drunk inspired, sure. What do you want?
>>41412Literally any pics that show any /mlpol/-themed OC's together in a fashion that develops the characters illustrates /mlpol/ board discussion. I liked that pic so much because I found it so relate-able, having spent so many weekends getting drunk late at night and arguing about politics.
We could always use moar OC of any of the OCs mentioned in
>>40669 → Though I'm partial to Fireaxe.
Did you make that pic, by the way? It's actually one of my favorites.
>>41415Why, yes. I did draw that. Got inspired by drunk anons and my own experience with libertarians. I think I should a Fireaxe picture started today.
We're doing a great job guys, let's get some more of our anons logged in and active. A few of our pictures are scoring negative from all the asshurt, let's see if we can reverse that.
Does anyone know where the Leslie Fair thread is at? I can't find it.
>>41486Uh...
I moved it over to
>>>/go/651 →. Unfortunately in the process, multiple threads were created, which, when deleted, cause the images in the remaining thread to be deleted as well. Sorry...
>>41488>1488This is the saddest and happiest coincidence I have ever experienced.
>>41488Shit, man. Does someone at least have that pic of Leslie showing her goods saved?
>>41491>>41490I have every mlpol Leslie Fair OC picture saved except perhaps the last three fashwave uploads on my old laptop
>>41357Either will be done today or next
>>40820>>40860I have some of these too. Some kind anon should upload what I post here because I don't have a derpi account.
>>41732>>41734>>41735Make an account, m8. It's not hard at all.
I made one recently for this exact purpose, but I'm lazy asf, and my computer is slow.
I guess I could do it when I get home from work if it still needs to be done.. Please take the initiative to do it yourself though.
>>41736I'll do it when I'm home for the night, don't worry about it.
Just made this. What do you guys think?
>>42327Post it or Aryanne will take you for a train ride...
>>42327Not exactly original art desu..
I'm new to the site though. Try cheching their upload policies.
https://derpibooru.org/pages/ruleshttps://derpibooru.org/meta/do-not-post-list May I also suggest searching the site for good stuff to use here too. You'll be surprised what you'll find like this nice gem.
>>42374This.
There are some great pics there.
Longer then thought and have another idea once it's done fully
>>42571are you the Anon who drew the Aryanne art for the CYOA here? Like your stuff, your pones look cuddly.
>>42575I did not. I just colored it in since it looked comfy. I have an idea that im gonna do with it as well for a shop
>>42575Pretty sure that that was Irongaurd Anon.
PicsArt guy is an irreplaceable contributor though.
>>42582>>42577whoever made it, glad to have you on board here. Also, the coloring looks good!
>>42626Y'all uploaded these gems, right? I went ahead and uploaded the original pic, but I'm away from my computer atm.
>2222 Aryanne pics on derpibooru
praise kek
Hey guys, our Aryanne quads are gone. RIP quads.
Y'all have made accounts by now, right?
You don't need to, but I'd recomend it, since it allows you to watch tags.
You can find quite a few good /mlpol/-tier memes there. I'm currently watching the tags "/mlpol/", "politics", "Aryanne", "Aryan pony", "nazi" "Sergeant Reckless", and a few others.
>>43843>kms myself>kill myself myselfwhat did she mean by this?
Can anyone post what they think should be uploaded now?
We could use more fashwave art
Bump so you guys remember this.
I've recently been lurking around the site to fill my folder and get acclimated with the community. I've also been adding more tags to lazily-tagged, recent uploads.
>>49700Did you just upload that; or are you asking one of us to do it for you?
>>49704I wanted to see what you guys opinion of it was and if I should upload it, and to encourage others to continue producing content.
>>49705It the colors kind of mess up Aryanne's pretty blue eyes, and it seems like putting the subject matter right in the foreground, with little depth, isn't exactly the fashwave way..
Otherwise, it looks great. I'd like to see more of this.
Can we expand this thread for topics about the Derpibooru site for newcomers?
What features of the site are there to enjoy for those, other than uploading and bookmarking content? Is there an efficient way to communicate with artists and other users who share the same interest? How could the site be used to expand /mlpol/'s userbase and bring-in moar content/content producers? Is there a sort of site-culture/community I could enjoy; and should I lurk before commenting to avoid being [rude]? What tags should I search to find pics relevant to /mlpol/ for reposting here?
Also, I'm thinking of deleting my recently-made account, for reasons I'd rather not share, and replacing it with a new one: Will my uploads disappear?
>>49964I use it a lot, but I've never made an account there
Do you just use it to search for content?
>>49972I use it to search for porn mostly. Every now and then, a Google search for something will lead me to click on a Derpibooru image and search it. Sometimes I'll look up certain artists (usually after becoming interested in one from a porn search) or I'll look up a rare tag to see if there are any images with that tag. For instance, "KR 98" is s tag
Alright. That's pretty much how I've been using it too.
>>54298Does this deserve its own thread?
>>54302DB is a marxist hugbox. While i was digging through the archives, i accidently found a thread about how pro SJW art has been blown the fuck out by the users there. this is just one further step down the road to a total safespace site.
I feel this is the end for downvote.
>>54302Nah. It is interesting that they are changing it though. Why? It dies the seem like a good change to me
>>54305Idk, I'm a nufag to the booru, but it seemed fine as it was.
Down voting is hate speech.
Wait, it seems the badmins have temporarily reverted it
>>54298Holy clop, the damage is clear.
>>54311Alright, it seems like the derpibooru badmins might be ready to realize how shitty their idea to remove the downvote option was.
https://www.derpibooru.org/meta/debate-thread-for-or-against-downvotes/Make sure to comment why you want to keep downvotes without sounding like an asshole autist.
I used Derpibooru once. Posted art of my OC. it got mass downvoted by pussies, and pussies with throwaway accounts added shit like "Sonic the Hedgehog" and "Pony creator" and "OP is a duck" to my art. I made a comment asking if the downvoters and tag harassers had anything to say or if they were too cowardly to say it, and I got the hugbox brigade with "hclegend" leading the charge attacking me because "You can't just call people pussies :^)".
I was attacked by admins, my facebook and deviantart was posted, I recieved multiple three-day bans, it was a fucking mess and I got webarchive copies of everything. I still keep them saved, so if you want me to post them, tell me.
Proof that I'm not talking shit: Here's a saved copy of that time I got attacked by the SJW marxist hate-group a second time for "Rule zero violations" (BTFOing tards and hurting feelings).
https://web.archive.org/web/20170407120911/https://www.derpibooru.org/images/1392618Derpibooru is an image-hosting site ruled by a typical marxist hugbox calling anyone who objects to their bullshit or makes them """uncomfy""" a hugboxer and rule-zero violator. It can't grow until the admins are physically removed and replaced.
>>54703You make a lot of good points there...
Do you know of any alternative platforms we can upload to as well?
>>54311Does anybody haveany news on what the derpibooru admins are going to do with the downvote system in the future, and what that means for the site?
>>56585what is going on in that picture? did the artist of Downwrote draw her killing herself over the drama at DB?
>>56632And who's the guy on the right?
>>56634looks like a guard who cut her down. the scenery implies this is a public execution spot, she even brought a coffin with her.
>>56632The wooden frame looks like a gallows, implying she was formally executed, but rescued at the last moment.
The entire derpibooru debacle made me think of other boorus that basically don't have any sort of rating system. I thought, "Wow, there's absolutely no bullshit here." I think the problem lies in derpibooru that it's over moderated. You should be able to comment and there you go. There never needed to be forums or anything like that.
Also, I want to fuck Downvote.
>>57158well they are not entirely wrong. I have been uploading Aryanne art to the place for years and a lot of pictures who are promotive of National Socialism (and more often than not) Aryanne art in general is just being downvoted for being Aryanne art regardless of the quality of the picture or the skill of the artist, which is unacceptable to me.
So personally I can completely understand why they want to do it. ON the other hand, SJW art is being dogpiled on much harder and most of the artists on DB a part of a marxist hugbox collective, so they want to censor freedom of speech by that so their art is not being shit on, even if this expression can be wrong or be politically loaded in itself.
I dont really know what the best solution to this would be. DB is getting worse by the year and i dont think either solution is correct or favourable for the artists to protect them from reality.
>>57162I'm pretty used to natsoc art getting shoahed, so I don't have that much of a problem with it at this point; I search that with custom filters anyway. I do see your point though. Some content creators feel discouraged/intimidated when people downvote their stuff without reason. I'm not sure if it's related, but the creator of Fireaxe won't even tag his name on her pics, because he was worried that SJWs would dox him (I don't blame him though. Apparently, he wasn't a /pol/ack to begin with).
I'm relatively new to the place, but from what I've gathered, removing the Downvote system, while leaving Upvote system in place seems like it would be a bad idea (see
>>54313 ). There's also the thought of it becoming a neo-marxist safe-space hugbox, full of awful SJW crap.
Ultimately, I'm not even sure how concerned I should be, or what the best course of action is. I just hope it doesn't get any worse.
Just CHECKing in by saying that pic related was the 100th pic on derpibooru too be uploaded with the tag /mlpol/.
>>58163Happy has gone far for a random sketch. Still waiting on them to appear though
>>58873 That was a stupid idea to remove it in the first place
>>58966I wonder if anyone else will ever pic him up.. He's a pretty cool character.
>>58873I like how the faggot mods there were pretending like it was only 10 people who wanted downvotes back and were trying to downplay the whole thing when it turned out to be like 80% of the users. Fuck I hate those cunts.
>>59023IKR. What a bunch of spineless dipshits.
>>58966>>59019I hope someone dose. I do not have time to try hand drawing and coloring more pone and my program is still being a fuck
>>59085I cropped two photos of him, if that's any help:
>>52171 → >>60918You should upload the individual pieces to that pic too, if you have them (i.e. Mai, with and without her hat).
>>60918I've been testing the waters myself. Been posting the more innocent work I made, then trickling more political artwork. Note: I don't advise it as it's a slow process. It's just something I'm doing.
