The party has made its way to a sort of valley, just inland from the whaling station. The ground is covered in partly dead grass. To left and right, the ground raises slightly. There is an ancient stone wall to the left within view. The dense mists prevent any view further than 100 feet.
Standing on the wall is a black figure that removes a 5-pointed star, and four or five feet tall. In the right is much the same. The ground moves, and the misty air visibly rotates in unnatural vortexes

Dust looks around, trying to figure out what we're even dealing with. I'm gonna try to roll knowledge (religion) to see if Dust can determine anything about the nature of these creatures or their summoning. Outsiders? Undead? Cult summoned? Who knows!
