It isn't super easy, because Kira can't really see what she is lowering herself onto, and because Kira can't put too much weight onto certain pieces. Nevertheless, Kira manages. The ponies tell Kira to open the door, and then ask where Kira wants things. The two ponies prefer to give Kira a very wide berth, and don't seem to want to come too near her. They especially don't want to walk over her.

She has mixed feelings while tending the register. Just talking about food brought back the hunger pangs, which slows her down a little, but at least she has something to look forward to after work. Still, she maintains a friendly attitude towards customers, asking about their day and how they liked their shopping experiences.

On the assumption that Sasha failed her save, which I assume she did because she's likely Sickened, Shaken, and taking whatever other penalties to her saves there may be, Posey informs Licorice that her escaping won't be an issue so long as she has Posey's "Mark".
"In any case, she's not going anywhere soon in her current condition, so her escape shouldn't be an issue yet. I want her alive for the time being, so it's preferable that she get some medical treatment. I can see to her in the morning."
