I've been thinking about no-touch martial arts and the practicality of them magickally. I've come to the conclusion that they wouldn't be practical for a variety of reasons.

1. NTMA could be very spiritually-draining, whereas physical weapons are a lot more lethal for the energy expended.
2. Knocking someone out or even killing them using nonphysical means could put you on a variety of ABC-agency shitlists- especially if you're caught.
3. Most NTMA groups are cults simply because being an abusive asshole is literally easier than demonstrating and teaching people occult powers.
4. Anyone who could actually use a NTMA could learn things far more efficient, and far worse than NTMA. Hell, even Telekinesis is already more of a superpower than NTMA
