The reason why Cozy Glow failed is because she was a rook, and couldn't expect the ways of the chress player, the tree of harmony.
For the Tree of Harmony has as many tries as it wishes. It's a filthy save scummimg murderhobo, except it keeps to itself usually. Until irked.
Grieving wiser, due to interference from .... Cozy Glow the Rook meets Chrysalis the Bishop and Tirek the Knight.
Grogar's bell does something that seems quite impossible in a reduced game of chess. Those pieces became more than what they were.
So it's a game of chess within chess with chess ad infinitum.
Twilight Sparkle, who's been streaky achieving for promotions from pawn hood. Accumulated into just the right place and time to be promoted through suprior positioning.
So to a challenge has to have a foothold to go even further than that.
Cozy Glow didn't uave her foundations. The things that are needed. She had being a king piece and being a rook. For her being a rook comes naturally. So that's how her game is played.
The King piece operates on the higher level of chess as a necessary fundamental pawn.
But Cozy Glow, Chrysalis, and Tirek brought their promoted pieces to doom in multiple 5d chess matches.
Broken from the base and from.higher up they were sealed by the elements of harmony.
So the tree of harmony places every piece on the board exactly where they have to be to be promoted which give greater variability for actions.
Discord, lord of chaos and spirit of disharmony.also wants more chaos and more potential for disruptions. A fun regardless, but breaking the toys forever means never being able to play with them again.
In that sense the goals are aligned.
Cozy Glow never had a chance against this opponent.
Neither did Twilight.
For the end result is that the tree of harmony becomes the defacto ruler of the world of Equestria.
Twilight as her 'first iteration'. The Mean-Tree-Twilight and false friends are used to further the understanding of what makes a pony tick. They too are alive if warped yet again.
The real goal that the Tree wants is a conductor in the world to have harmony spring forth, even in discord or chaos.
Yet it has no pieces that it controls. Just itself and a means to witness back and forth through all times.
The reason is simple
The Tree of Harmony is also a tree of chaos.

So same man, he wants instead of gum to have pony petting zoo. That is quite alot more buckaroos, however it is possible. For everything it'll be 500,000,000 monopoly bucks. A hundred million increase from a pack of gum.
So there's two things shifting expenditures, and outputting (even more) value for others.
When ever someone says I want or I need that's a place where your valuable time, energy, effort, expertise, wisdom, who you are, and perspective could be useful for them.
The normal issue for common lacking folk is they use all their precious time for monopoly bucks. Much of the time it's needed.
So what changes? Time spent creating avenues that various types of wealth can flow down. We all know that wealth is more than just monopoly bucks.
So crafting lovingly hard fought streets for your wealth to vist you is how many wealths focus toward you. Some streets and avenues also require even more time and further wealth.
So to have the most meaningful wealth a certain order arises.
Wealth that brings about more near costless streets and avenues.
Wealth that brings about more welcome streets and avenues.
Wealth that brings about more welcome costly streets and avenues.
Stated twice Wealth that brings about more streets and avenues for friends and family and loved ones.
Man that has five bucks wants do have that temporary trade unit turn to an ever lasting street. To solve an optimization problem.
Obviously something has to happen or else nothing will. That means action.

Effective time has been multiplied positively.
So the man notices that people want someone to tell them everything is going to be okay. Since he can't always be there for everyone he makes a few audio clips, a few videos, tiny moments just a sentence. Over the course of a month due to busy time becaus ehe has his days fully packed with everything somehow. It's done, and nothing happens at first.
Because the street just opened up, and no one knew about it.

He has a solid plan of action. Figuring out what that is, quickly and effectively.
Jupiter is an area he keeps in mind for this. So he'll share what he knows. Grateful people who care eventually help out. By increasing the wisdom avaliable for others sometimes something is sent as a gift. Sometimes that gift is more wisdom. Wiser people can have more options. They themselves have more value for others and can generate more from seemingly nothing.
Well the speed at which wealth can reenter is almost proportional to the wealth currently visiting.
