The truck travels at a leisurely pace across the roads past townhouses abs single family homes, and past shops and a rail yard. The roadway seems to have been salted, and while segments of the roadway sometimes have a covering of snow from the previous night, everywhere treaded by tires is clear and asphalt black. The Doctor recognizes the roadway and leads the truck along the correct roadways. The truck passes through no checkpoint, and Changelings are seen (in uniform) only once: a pair of undisguised, uniformed soldiers standing at an intersection outside of a drug store. They pay no attention to the vehicle, and let them pass.
The truck comes to the location, a two story stone facade building with apartments accessed by an open air hall and staircase between two segments. One of those is, presumably, Wellspring’s apartment.

She raises her hoof and points to an apartment in the rear of the building on the left side from behind, and the right from the front, on the second floor. Behind the building is an area of grass and presumed porches enclosed by a fence about 25 feet from the building. There is a dumpster on the side.

Walk a block down the road, turn towards the building, and then up the open flight of stairs onto a concrete walkway, and the door is on the right.
The door is closed and unlocked, though perhaps the lock is broken.

From the first view into the apartment it looks messy. Sofa cushions lay on the floor, a rug is moved to the side. But looking in further, Spark can see it's far from simple messiness. The shade of the lamp next to the sofa is undone. Dirt is scattered on the floor next to a "Juliet" balcony and a nearby flower pot, with a lone plant. In the attached kitchen, cabinet doors are open, and pots and pans lie on the ground. Wellspring squeezes her way in, past Spark and Makade, and roams around in the room, looking uncomfortable, and then into another attached room.
