Eh, I can wait until Silver finishes up. Don't want to mess with the timeline just in case.wink wink
But we probably could advance Iron though
We could... but dream sequences might spiral into its own thing if we take too long, though.
"Can you make it rest of way on your own, Jubee?"
I can try. It probably won't be tonight though because of limitations from work>>148111
"Sure I can make it..."
Nah. I'm probably going to sleep in about an hour, so we should just wait for tomorrow.
“I can make it…” she repeats.
Silver lets go of his griffon.
She wobbles a bit, and maybe for a moment Silver thinks she may fall backwards, down the wooden steps. But she stabilizes herself, and stands up straight.
"I'm careful" She says
From upstairs, a head pokes out of the room on the left nearest the Bannister.
Silver looks to see who it is.
The light from behind the head obscures all details, but the triangular ears and the room the head is coming from implies it's Mala.
"Hello Mala. We are back from date."
He smiles at his friend.
He slowly moves out until his profile is along the bannister, with a high shoulder, and lower hindquarters.
"Hi." is all he says.
Jubilosa walks in, slowly, and still on all fours.
Silver looks towards the light in the kitchen.
"Who else is up?"
"Uh, it's only Lu and the pony... both are asleep."
"I was just curious about light on in kitchen."
He follows Jubilosa's path up the stairs.
"I think Jubee and I are going to bed, too."
He stops near Mala, and pats his head.
"I have couple of places we can go tomorrow, if you want."
His head and ears perk up. His tail, a silhouette against the yellow-lit background of the bedroom through the open door, begins to sway.
"You and I are going to find some work together tomorrow, and if we have time, I know of couple colts who might like to meet you. They have been through lot, but they are really nice and are not associated with Hoebuck at all."
"Work? What kind of work? And colts? I haven't been around colts since... well, I was a cub."
"Well, it depends on who gives it, but hopefully it either pays well or has good chance for reward."
He smiles, and pets Mala some more.
"I think you will like them, and they should like you if you are still as friendly with them as you are with me. Your fluffiness should help, too."
Silver pets him on the top of the head between his ears. He lowers his head, closes his eyes, and lowers his ears as this happens. His fur is very long, and somewhat thick. The hairs themselves are course, but as a whole have a spring to them that makes them... what's the word?
"I hope they will like me... I haven't had that much success..." He raises his head up
"You think I'm... fluffy?"
Weekend is free. Now I just have to survive that long.
"You do not think your coat is fluffy?"
"I... haven't really thought of myself in that way." He looks down.
But after a moment, he looks back up to Silver, and gives a small smile.
"It does sound like a good day tomorrow."
Silver pats Mala on the head again.
"It will be, friend."
Mala looks up at Silver contentedly, lightly wagging his tail
