The doctor is blood red unicorn with a combed back mud brown mane wearing a wrinkled white lab coat and glasses that cover deep blue eyes with hex-shaped pupils, though the glasses appear to be more like safety goggles than focus lenses. His barrel is rather large, and indeed he is larger than either Spark or the Blackwood doctor.

Before Spark, the doctor explains that they will proceed to a biopsy shortly. The procedure will take some number of hours and no one who isn't a doctor will be allowed to be present for the procedure itself.
Waabishki's mouth hangs partly open in concern, while Miskobag and Makade listen.
After some time, the creatures are told it is time for them to leave Miskobag
