I’m a fat fuck. Not obese, but certainly overweight and underdeveloped. Have been for a couple of years now. I’ve got about three and a half months until I go off to university, and for reasons I can’t explain, a couple days ago I stopped not caring, and felt this burn to at least be headed in the right direction by time I’m out on my own.

I live in the middle of nowhere, no gyms around.

I’m finally ready to actually work to improve, but don’t know where to start. Any general tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

There's a local butcher, I buy my meat from him.
You know those thin metal trays with plastic tops and labels with cooking instructions for the food inside? Are those processed?

Not sure where to go it checked but if it's low a dietary change would be the best choice, i assume everyone here knows about onions but i doubt many people eat them raw, if you can bear eating even small bits of raw or perhaps steamed onion it would help, if you have ever heard of eating cheese and onion together it can reduce the burning taste of the acidity from the onion, strong cheeses like mature cheddar are the best in combination with onions because low strength cheeses don't take the burning feeling away as good, it's good to eat pretty much anything from the onion family so you could eat spring onions instead if normal onions are too difficult for you to eat, i like eating cheese and a full raw onion together about once a week, cheeses are dairy products as well which is good to eat.

Depends on what type of meat mainly but butchers meats are usually the most freshest and least tampered that you can get, butchers sausages are a lot better then shop bought ones, if you can get venison it usually is the best in the store because deer are pretty athletic when compared to a pig or a cow so their proteins are more better absorbed because deer are more healthy and do more then a sheep, if you are going to eat fish salmon, mackerel and sardines are the most highest in omega 3's which means they contain better fats then tuna, tuna contains a lot more mercury but less fats then fatty fishes.

There's a couple of ways to boost testosterone but most of it is dietary, you can get T pills but i don't take tablets so i rely more on natural foods, if you didn't know broccoli and cauliflower can help your testosterone but not nearly as good as anything from the onion family.

Even at the higher price, it's worth considering getting checked. Or you can be like me, lift for years, get extremely slight gains, hurt yourself over and over again. Rinse and repeat for 20 years. I know everyone wants to believe it's in their power to turn it around, but I really don't think it is. My diet had been pretty close to perfect for years, I have been skinny, I have eaten like a horse for gains, I have lifted high reps, low reps, all kinds of programs, no gains.

Unless you are top quartile in T, you won't have gains. No one claiming to be natty on youtube is natty. They are all injecting. All the hollywood guys, they are all injecting. Even those local guys at the gym, they are injecting. You can't fight the environmental pollution, etc., that is present today.

Maybe you can get your diet together, go on a clomid restart, and have average T levels from there. But remember, average T levels of today would have been super low levels 100 years ago.

I know my message isn't optimistic, but I'm trying to be straight with you guys and not give you false hope. The feminization of males right now is basically unprecedented, and you won't avoid it without drastic measures.

Yeah i don't mess about with steroids, if you don't know what you are doing with them then it's pretty hazardous but there is also a lot of things that are dangerous in life.

Seriously just eat onions instead, they are a non synthesized version of testosterone and contain many many forms of minerals and vitamins, testosterone is only achievable through force, no pain no gain.
I don't know where to by a non natural source of testosterone other than the grocery isle, if you really want a easy way to increase it then you are taking the wrong path my friend.

Can you steam them? If you can it would be a better alternative than frying them, they have almost no acidity in their flavor when steamed so you could try it.
There is more benefits to eating them raw but if you cannot bring yourself to do it then you must take a different route.

As far as i'm concerned just do for about 10 to 15 minutes, the less you do them the more minerals they will still have because they are closer to being raw so i prefer not steaming them too much to keep more of the original nutrients, that's the secret.

Get yourself a blender, mince that onion to shit, and mix it with your meal. I can guarantee you won't even know the onion is there,especially with rice(preferably
fried rice). Don't cook your onion, it will lose all the nutrients you're looking for in the first place. I recommend you throw in the mix some garlic as well, bodybuilder like Eric Bugenhagen shilled this trick a while back.
