>>1099Here are some excersice images I got from the previous thread about cardio. Hard at first, but will be easy if you follow these images.
>>1101This is an easy one you can do anywhere, it's also really good for the whole body.
Its a push up, not planking
>>1099Go jogging
If you are too fat go for a walk daily or ride your bicycle
Go swimming
http://travelstrong.net/bodyweight-exercises/ >>1099Yea I think you guys need a dedicated thread for this like /fit/ as. As it is right now threads are too much of a clusterfuck.
Saw this vid today
https://youtu.be/ii1GMcRfP_oAll those powders and vitamin pills and vitamin gummies and a liter of cranberry juice...
Should a beginner try to copy his diet and get what he gets, or are powders/vitamin gummies bs?
>>3504No. You should talk to a nutritionist. The body can only process so many vitamins and calories per day, depending on their activity level and depletion. If you're not training like a professional athlete all you'll be doing is making really fancy/expensive piss and shit.
>>3505Understood. Is there hope for a 24 year old fatass going on 25 who wants to become more athletic?
>>3506Of course theres hope, it starts with diet and exercise. But a professional athlete's dietary requirements are structured to replace expended calories and nutrients of an exceedingly active person. Somehow, its doubtful that you're as active as a professional boxer. Your metabolism is probably shit, so improving it would be the first goal of getting fit.
>tl;dr Sure, but dont overdo it >>3510You're right, I used to be fat and I lose weight slowly. Is 130kg good for a 5 foot 9 man?
>>3511What's your body fat percentage? What's your bone density? What's your fitness level? You cant break these things down into simple yes/no questions. Dont cut corners anon, and stop looking for simple solutions on the internet. Git gud.
>>3512I don't know how I would get these things checked out
I feel ready for the next level.
What's the next level of diet and exercise?
How do I become the chad?
>>3505>>3510>>3512All this shit is stuff an untrained beginner does NOT need to worry about. (And the "body can only process so much in a day" stuff is a myth, barring exceptional cases)
>>3610Everyone that is untrained starts the same way: get under a barbell. Learn the Big Four and do linear progression with them, 3 sets of 5 reps, 3 times a week (SS basically). Start very light and add weight every day. No shame in starting with a 95 lb squat (I did). There is shame in not improving. Get help if you need some coaching with the movements (you probably will). For diet, you only need two rules: adequate protein and maintain a calorie deficit. This works for EVERY fatass that is completely untrained. Even you.
Go fucking lift.
>>3615Sumo is a meme. I want to be buff like a MMA fighter.
I'm doing a labour job, so I'm getting some exercise.
I would like a way to exercise things so I can build muscle to help with lifting and carrying awkwardly shaped heavy things.
I also want to exercise my back and arm muscles evenly. With work, I do lifting and holding, with tons of bending down. I can do a few push-ups at home, too.
I have no idea how to get something like pull-ups done. I don't have a pull-up bar, but I'd like to know if there's some sort of home exercise that can work out the pulling muscles here. It's the one main type of exercise I don't know how to do without equipment.
