No. You should talk to a nutritionist. The body can only process so many vitamins and calories per day, depending on their activity level and depletion. If you're not training like a professional athlete all you'll be doing is making really fancy/expensive piss and shit.

Of course theres hope, it starts with diet and exercise. But a professional athlete's dietary requirements are structured to replace expended calories and nutrients of an exceedingly active person. Somehow, its doubtful that you're as active as a professional boxer. Your metabolism is probably shit, so improving it would be the first goal of getting fit.
