Who should be allowed in the Ethnostate? My requirements would be as such:
>Greater than 3/4 European
>Less than 1/8 Jewish or Sub-Saharan African
I would use a genetics test to determine their ancestry. Is this too leniant, though?

Arbitrarily preemptively making a litmus test would do more harm.
The point is being able to live with people you love you that you also love back.
While that criteria can influence the important factors as a short hand. I'd guess it'd be word of mouth for who would join.
I wouldn't be surprised of a confederacy or mutually friendly ethnostates/theocracy/ancap/whatever locations due to the brewing conflict(s).
Preemptive nation(s) building while a useful thought exercise also has to be extremely flexible and stable to handle the real life complexities and suprises reality can bring.

You can't just make the Ethnostate. It comes into being naturally. You make a new state out of ideology and the people who follow it. The new State would be the most ethnically diverse out there. There is no getting around it, and that's fine. We need an unapologetically goyish state first and foremost. The rest will come naturally. You have to be an Aryan, or have Aryan features atleast. Even Hitler thought Nefertiti was an Aryan, suggesting that Hitler would of accepted atleast Egyptians or at the most Africans, but its a stipulation you must be Aryan.
