We have a few threads that are generals already, they're just not called that. Anonfilly, Syria General, Horse Pussy, Garbage Can, Random News, Aryanne Thread, Luftkrieg, Fluttershy Thread, Awoo News, etc. The rule was implemented to prevent the saturation of generals endemic of /mlp/ and the inanity of /ptg/ on /pol/ with the understanding that 4chan's mods would do fuck all to prevent either of those things. I don't even know what I am anymore. But frankly, despite being a massive degenerate, I agree with the anti-degeneracy pushes, book-burning, anti-communism, and the idea of loaning interest-free to white families based on how many children they have. All those are a great start in combating the white genocide, and in restoring order in general. I also like the banning of kosher slaughter and other kike/muzzie practices that act counter to Christian, secular, and pagan norms most valued across the West.

I don't have much problem, if any, with the civil policies of Germany. The creation of a new non-private-central-bank currency was probably the most important of their economic policies, and even if it's not as stable as a currency based on objective value like gold, I would prefer it to muh petro dollar.

There are a couple assumptions in this statement that I take issue with:

While I don't completely discount the idea that power can corrupt individuals, I think a more accurate frame to view the issue of corruption and power is that corrupt individuals tend to seek power. I'm certainly no historian, but I am confident that my thesis would be supported by historical analysis. The distinction is important because the framing of the issue of corruption fundamentally changes how solutions are evaluated. Saying that "power corrupts" diminishes the perceived agency of the corrupt individuals -- "anyone in that position would have done the same". The solution in this case would be to dilute the amount of power any official can hold. However, if we assume the latter view -- that the persons put themselves in a powerful position because they were corrupt -- this solution will exacerbate rather than solve the fundamental problem. Honest politicians will see official positions as useless to the purposes of solving problems, the ambitious will seek to manipulate officials rather than hold an official position, and people who may have been more resilient to manipulation won't bother to seek out an official position; the officials will be less honest and more easily manipulated by unelected forces every election cycle. The solution if you assume that the corrupt seek power rather than power being a corrupting force is to be more discriminatory in determining whom should hold power, where diluting the power necessarily makes the process less discriminating.
