My backup is low-tech or use of increasingly cryptic messages.
One of these days an alternative to the Internet will be created as the demand for information freedom will grow overwhelming. The hard part is getting funding and talent for the project when (((Google))) tries to soak those up.
>>153276I have several different external hard drives and storage for information that is useful, when I can I make physical copies, low tech is much harder to remove and easier to hide compared to high tech. No matter how good a hacker or data miner is, they can't hack into a piece of paper or book.
>>153276The same way it's always been preserved:
decentralization. I2P, IPFS, and Zeronet are pretty good contenders for that, in descending order of non-kikery, as far as the Internet is concerned. Of course, you always have the option of pirate boxes, and good old fashioned paper, for distributing your information.
we need some new media altogether, just like the internet became a new thing since the early nineties. the good thing is, we will have peace there for 10-20 years. the bad thing is, this will be just as pozzed and controlled as the internet is now after 20+ years.
But Vril suggests we will maybe have a worldwar from 2034 onwards so i guess its worth a try.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/AMPRNethttps://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Packet_radiohttps://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/ALOHAnetPacket radios and HAMnet will be our best bet. Just don't use it in your home and it will be damn near impossible to find out who you are.
>>153318>But Vril suggests we will maybe have a worldwar from 2034 onwards so i guess its worth a try. On what does he base his predictions? (Vril if you don't mind answering please do.)
>>153276We need a global version of freifunk or whatever that german network is called.
>>153276Keep useful information on hand and disconnected.
Have a plan and means to spread information. The kikes are throwing everything they got in controlling the net.
Thus its only fair to make means to counteract that.
sneakernet.
USB, hard disks, CD/DVD-R's…
or some LANs, VPNs, IRC, CB and HAM radio are also good to know.
You must learn to get disconnected from all the big Google/Facebook/Amazon/Microsoft spheres.
>>153431Vril surprisingly has not answered your call, i suggest you visit "The Trash Can", he usually posts there daily.
>>153431I missed this, sorry, see my posts in
>>153752 → >>153349You're looking at it right. There is a planned technology called mesh networking. It's basically wifi with fully automatic configuration.
>>153276Once they force people to unplug their PCs from the matrix, they will realize this backfired spectacularly for them.
People will still share information the old way, with flash drives and hard disks. The city squares will become the new /pol/.
People will also make neighborhood networks to share this information.
>>153276if they stop the internet then i will have to go back to looking at porn on magazines.
I'm not sure if i will ever recover
>>153435>>153318These seem the most probable.
>>154568That's why you back up your content enough to last you the long winter. Hell, the fappables we download can be something we can pass on.
On another note, this will kick up the rule 34 industry even more and Newgrounds may just get its resurgence.
>>154580>Hell, the fappables we download can be something we can pass on.
>Passing on your memes and porn and documents and music and images to your grandkids in secret ritual like they are medals earned in a great war. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DgxZr6LLS34First european empire incoming. Give it 1-2 big incidents and we're good to go.
