And her ability needs to give her one level of stockpile every turn, so her learned moves Swallow and Spray(a renamed Spit Up) will be useful without needing to waste turns with Stockpile. If custom abilities are impossible, just give her Thick Fat and rename it to Milk Pony.

Yeah. We might have to extend the rom, but since the rom already has Filly Pinkie, Gala Pinkie, Adult Pinkie, Element of Harmony Pinkie, and 10 other Pinkies, removing the gala ones won't hurt.

I want this game to be sorta balanced, in the sense that you can have ponymon netplay battles with friends without a specific group of pokemon dominating everything ever.

Sure, if you can pick stats for her. I'd also like to keep the number of original attacks low, because I'm pretty sure the number of attacks in the Pokemon GBA games are hardcoded.
And when I said "A group of Pokemon", I didn't mean the entire OU tier, I meant a specific group of 6-11 Pokemon you ALWAYS see on Smogon and a group of 5 pokemon you ALWAYS see on VGC.

My name's Jason, not Nigel. As for what happened with this, it's still ongoing. We've got three Ponymon ideas, and I gave one of them.
If we do a "Baby, young filly, adult" evolution system with them, that would mean 9 Ponymon.
Truth be told, I thought there'd be a lot more of them by now. Work on the mod will start when enough sprites are done, but we're still in the "Tossing ideas around" phase for now.
