Looking at the water, Posey can discern a few things: the water is an opaque brown color with no visibility, this segment of water does not allow for plants and trees to grow, unlike most of the bog, and it moves fast enough to clear out some debris.

Eventually on her side, the solid ground of the forest is replaced by periodic banks of silt, peat, decaying plant matter and exposed roots that rise above a marshy floor. Posey may want to move only above the water. Perhaps she wishes to move through it. But Posey does, after the passage of time, come across something interesting
Spanning across the stream from one side to another, and lodged against trees on either side, what is best described as a ship, with a great metal bow on the near side that stretches out like fins on either port and starboard side. The ship is tilted on its side such that on the side nearest Posey a very large, metal keel is visible, and this metal forms around the fore section of the hull to connect with the bow. The end of the bow sprit hooks down, and the bow below it protrudes in such a way as that it may appear to be damaged, but more likely is designed to resemble a claw. The hull, nearer the rear, is a conventional wood, whereas the metal segments have been painted black, which is now chipping and revealing rusted and corroded metal. A remnant of purple fabric, almost pink from the bleaching action of the sun, can be seen on the "fin" that protrudes in the air. A set of metal beams ten feet above the deck circles around from the quarter deck to the end of the main deck, and below this is metal railing. The beams must surely have supported some other structure or function, but whatever it was is gone. The deck itself is wood, and the cabin under the quarter deck is metal. Behind the ship are a pair of great brass-colored axels that extend horizontally behind the end of the ship at the level of the main deck or even the cabin. This whole ship is maybe 150 feet long, and stretches straight across the river.

I've been forgetting to subtract the Phobia penalties for Posey fighting above running water and in daylight, and for her light sensitivity. She should have had a -5 penalty on those attack rolls, because of her phobias.

The true ownership of these items is disputed, ranging from being Neela's, to one of her roommates, to actually Girka's but it was stolen by Dehan who then lent it to Neela... I removed Defiler, just because the Dragon magazine "all your spells are quickened, heightened and maximized for practically free" defiler rules were too overpowered for me to comfortably use. I replaced it with Corrupt Arcana, which does nothing for Posey right now unless she finds a time full of the most forbidden spells.

Posey does not bother to check if the diamond dog is still alive, so long as he's out of her way. Due to being in the sun, over a river, and technically inside someone's home uninvited, she's not as confident as she would normally be.
In fact, after having stood over the river in the sun for more than a minute, her knees start buckling, and sweat begins to pour from her brow as she silently curses the sun. Her cheeks up up, as if nauseous from sea sickness, and a trickle of rotten black bloop oozes from her lips. Even her fur appears to be be affected, as it begins to look less like perfect snow white and more dirty and blotched, and the color begins to fade from mane, which appears to be blowing in the same direction that the river flows, taking bits and pieces of her with it. Even her eyes, normally so golden and perfect, appear sunken in their sockets and begin to glass over with necrosis.
"B-b-buck..! I need to get out of here...!" she curses to herself, not caring if the dogs are listening. She doesn't seem to mind the various rifle wounds have have been shot right through her barrel, and she canters across the deck to escape the river below that threatens to wash her away and the sun above that threatens to burn her.

When the 800 lbs snake blocking the only exit to the room asked them if they really wanted to die for a few shirts, it seems to have left an impression. That, or they really would rather the neighbors not call the police over their loud arguing.

As everyone knows that the maximum effective range of .303 British is 200 yards tops, Posey presumably travels at least that distance. While the canopy is thin, Posey does find a large tree with hanging branches and small green leaves to rest under, positioned on a small rise in the soil away from the moving water. She can hear the sounds of the birds and the insects, and perhaps thankfully, not that much else.
