As Silver starts to go around, Silver can see first, that there is another set of large pipes extending behind the square moving further out, evidently towards a pier in the harbor, and also that there seem to be several ponies (creatures?) behind the unit. The pipes are raised and provide partial cover, and there are structures further back towards the harbor.

Looking under the pipes, Silver can see that there is a pony near him on the other side of the pipes trying to move something, there is a pony(?) sitting down against a steel grate in the center, a pony standing up in a black uniform near the edge - he has a machine carbine - and a pony over the edge leaning over. He is wearing black, has a black cap, and has what Silver can identify as a New Mareland pattern submachine gun. If there are more creatures, they are not in line of sight.
