Silver sees Spectral Streak descending in a spiral. His right wing is somewhat curled in, and he descends in an unequal oval. He lands onto the gravel at an angle, folding his right foreleg, and then his right hindleg, causing him to fall to the ground and slide on his belly and chin. His eyes close and his rifle scrapes along the gravel along with his chin, but he slowly stands back up again.

Well, were. I shot one, and I swear I popped it, though they drug it inside the building. The two by the processor have submachine guns. They don't have a lot of range, and I suspect they are low on ammunition. I don't think they want to waste many more bullets without making it count. The ones by the other building don't have any cover at all and have shorter ranged weapons. I think they are trying to hide. They already know we can outshoot them from a distance, so they will let us come to them. Remember that that every single one of these little towers and that processor are designed to pump, boil, and move along flammable liquids. So if you stop the ability to let the gases go, the pressure will build up until these all explode. All they have to do is keep us from turning the release valves."

There is a set of pipes leading from what is presumably a barge terminal in the harbor, to the first set of towers where Silver is now. In the way is a small building next to the set of pipes (the presumed pumping station) maybe over two hundred yards away, and also the aforementioned and visited processor with its semi-hemispherical cylinder ends somewhere around 150 or 100 yards away.
The distances are such that submachine guns are slightly less powerful and much less accurate at that distance, though still dangerous, and the Jenny's are fully effective.
