"You're right, I suppose. But don't consider it all so awkward. We already did everything it takes to make a foal, a bunch of times, so I think we passed 'awkwardness' on our route a while ago." She pauses before continuing with another question. "You asked me if I was 'in heat' and I don't think I am. But how would I be able to tell, exactly?"
