An important thing to note: this is not the same side of the hospital as Spark was before.
The best spot away from the wind is right next to the building.
Spark can add the original metal contents (is it some kind of leg brace?), but that makes it much heavier and less resistant to falling three stories than empty cardboard

Her wings unfurl, until both lay across the bed and off the sides. Her eyes are very wide, and her mouth hangs open, allowing Silver to take advantage of the moment
Silver probably hasn't gotten used to Jubilosa's mouth, especially with that hook in her beak that gets in the way. But her smaller tongue meets his, and she closes her eyes as she wraps her forelegs around him, and throws her hind legs open.
