Probably, but that strategy almost always backfires. Ask Rome what happened when they started hiring barbarians to kill other barbarians. One way or the other there is not likely to be a draft anytime soon, because if they reinstated a draft support for Israel, or Ukraine, or whoever we're supposed to be supporting, would drop to near zero overnight. Eventually when the situation gets dire enough they will reinstate it, but by that time it will be a lost cause. Meanwhile, the flip side of an army made up of foreign spics is that they are only as loyal as they are paid to be, and even then they're probably not that loyal.

To be a soldier is the most frustrating thing I believe. It is to be portraited as a warrior and sometimes a hero, but a very different reality it is. A soldier is unarmed in military premises and totally vulnerable to his commanders and their military police thugs. If he survives combat in one piece, he is immediately disarmed and taken to the rear without any recurse to retaliate against the fat cats. That sucks.
