Pretty sure all sites that feature NSFW content are required to put an age restriction in the site policy for the U.S. They have no means to enforce said policy, but it's probably a good measure.

Aside from children being (inevitably) exposed to pronz? Not much I guess, since they aren't allowed to post, according to the policy that is.
