I just flew from my college in Colorado my parents' house in Florida, and now both my phone and my laptop have been displaying leaf flags.
I'm not exactly tech-savvy, but is there anything I can do to fix this?
>>1065It probably happened after you messed with a VPN
>>1066Like, I'm hardly computer literate: I don't even know what a VPN is. Could I have altered it somehow without knowing?
>>1067Only the main board has flags.
>>1068Were you one of the people in the pixelcanvas thread yesterday that was messing around with firefox and chrome addons so they could add in pixes faster?
Also I didn't notice this was in the /qa/ board at first
>>1069No, I was the guy who was phone-posting at an airport and didn't participate in the end because my phone couldn't place pixels without fucking up.
>>1071Maybe do the normal things people do to change IP address, like shutting down the router for a period of time and restarting it?
>>1072I'll see if I can do that without pissing-off my parents...
>>1073If i'm competent enough to figure out how...
>>1065Your IP indeed checks out Florida man, seems to be an issue on our end.
>>1076Looking into why it is doing what it is doing. It should be fixable yes.
I-Is this going to be fixed anytime soon..?
>>1090I am sorry Florida not leaf man, but it seems that your IP was once indeed leaf origin and what ever vichan uses to determine where an IP is from hasn't gotten the memo that it is now USA based. We are still working things out.
