Some applications intermittendly can't handle the feed, including Internet Explorer.

Not sure what the problem is.
From what I can see is that IE, Edge, Chrome, Opera don't always load the whole file. But if you do an "view-source:" opening of the file in Chrome and Opera the file loads fully.
This problem don't seam to exist on FireFox.
