Threads per hour is based on a board-wide limit. Every board except for /sp/ has a board-wide limit of 5 per hour. This is an extremely effective anti-raid measure, and it has effectively made wiping the board with bot-spam impossible. We are probably not going raise it as it has worked for most purposes.
