Assuming this was indeed a code, is it worth it to crack it up?
It looks like just random words someone could use to remember things, if there is some sort of code, it's some really criptos shit.
>>97706Considering it's LA, I figure if it was code, it's just FBI or CIA going after drug cartels. It's pretty suspicious that a guy comes in semi-often and does this for no discernible reason, especially given that some of the letters are done in a different to others, it's really obvious with the R's that two people have been writing on this paper.
>>97711Looks like the same handwriting to me.
I have shit penmanship and I write with a lot of inconsistency.
It looks like some of it was written at a different time, or the pencil used was rotated and the text was written with a fatter part of the tip.
>>97715Probably, so it's just an autist writing random shit and leaving it around in a store?
>>97716Looks weird to me. It might be a code, or just an autism alert.
To me it makes sense like this
>Judge Paper"Verdict" Maybe.
>Highway patrorman"Maybe a misspelling of "Patrolman" aka, police.
>Bill Coxs WHRTSA name + acronym for something.
>Larry BergAnother name.
>Corn HolePossibly a location?
>Sats foreheadMaybe an assault point?
>Presents PistolSomeone flashed a gun.
>E0197963 I.DSome kind of ID, obviously.
>Presentation isThe person who presented the gun is…
>More numbersMaybe some kind of ID for the gun? Dunno.
>Larry BergThe gun flasher, maybe?
>HispnicHispanic?
>WhitesSo maybe some Hispanic/White + White man?
>Clutch Foot/MotorcyclePossibly the police was on bike? Don't know about clutch foot though.
All in all, it seems to me like some autistic guy is recording police events.
Makes sense to me except for the IDs. Not sure what that is supposed to be.
The second number has the same number of digits as a SSN, doubt that means anything though.
