It has been some time and it seems that everything surrounding Hillary Clinton has died down. What happened to lock her up? It it is like they have stopped investigating her entirely.

My guess is "you don't enter a conflict you have not already won." All the pieces have to be in place.

For whatever reason, Sessions has failed to appoint a special investigator to that case.

Either Sessions is fucking up and being a failure, or he's working on some time table where other objectives need to be accomplished before appointing an investigator to put Hillary away.

The most plausible hypothesis in my mind is that the Trump team believes that going after Hillary would instigate stronger resistance against efforts to replace Swamp Things in the upcoming elections for Senators and Congressmen.

If you don't already, I would recommend installing a news aggregator app like RealClearPolitics or something comparable on your phone or whatever you use and skimming through articles once daily. Not so much because the news sources are necessarily trustworthy (some of them are more or less OK), but because you'll start to notice patterns in the topics being reported on. You'll notice that every time a batch of shit comes out about the Clintons, or sexual abuse allegations from within the Swamp, or something similar, or the more conservative press (they do actually exist) starts reporting too much on how the Trump administration has actually been pretty successful so far, the following week some new "bombshell" will drop in the "Russia story" and that will dominate the news cycle for a couple of weeks.

The "Russia Story" is basically nothing and most of the bombshells are nothing as well. This week apparently the big breakthrough is that Michael Flynn plead guilty to lying to FBI agents about having (completely legal) interactions with people from Russia, and is now "cooperating" with Mueller's investigation. What does this mean? Literally nothing other than that Flynn is probably going to be the next poor schmuck to get thrown under the bus after Manafort, and he'll probably have to serve some kind of bullshit sentence eventually. But it's a headline, and that's what's important. The press can't completely suppress everything, but they can distract, and fundamentally that's all the Russia investigation is. They're not going to find anything, but they're trying to keep it going as long as they can in hopes that Democrats can take back Congress in 2018, or at the least run out the clock until 2020 so Elizabeth Warren or whoever they try to run can take a shot at the White House. However it's not as effective a strategy as they would probably like to believe.

I firmly believe that the Clintons and probably a bunch of other people are going down eventually. But it's going to take time to make it happen. Every time the swamp gets pushed, it pushes back, but it is losing ground overall.

I'm still not sure what to think about Sessions. He sometimes seems like he's one of the good guys, and sometimes he seems like one of (((them))). I don't know whether Trump should replace him or not, but one way or the other we're probably stuck with him for a while.

Anybody that can really do anything about it ends killing themselves in a room locked from the outside with two bullet holes in the back of their heads.
I've just about given up hope on her ever answering for her crimes, I just want her to fucking go away at this point.
